Donncha Ó Tuama is Chief Legal Officer at Prime Data Centers, bringing more than 15 years of international legal experience across the U.S., EMEA and APAC. He has navigated complex, high-stakes transactions throughout the full data center lifecycle, from land acquisition and power procurement to financing and operations, managing projects representing over 500 MW of critical IT capacity delivered and more than 1 GW of development pipeline secured. Before joining Prime, Donncha served as General Counsel at Yondr Group, where he led the legal and commercial frameworks supporting its global hyperscale development program and played a central role in the company's $5.8 billion sale to Digital Bridge. Prior to Yondr, he held roles at top-tier firms including Katten Muchin Rosenman and Arthur Cox, and has served as a Board Member of the Data Center Coalition.
