Will Brilliant
Will Brilliant is a Partner of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a part of BlackRock.
Mr. Brilliant serves as Global Head of Digital Infrastructure at GIP and CEO of the
Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership (AIP).
He is a member of GIP and AIP's Investment Committees and GIP's Operating
Committee. Mr. Brilliant is based in New York and is responsible for overseeing GIP's
digital infrastructure activities globally. As CEO, he leads AIP's strategy, investment
activity and operations.
Mr. Brilliant is a member of the Boards of Directors of AIP, Aligned, and Vantage Towers’ holding company. He
also serves on the Board of Directors of Make-a-Wish Metro New York and is a member of the University of
California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Social Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board.
Mr. Brilliant holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and an MBA from the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
