Ashley Codd is the Chief Financial Officer of Montera Infrastructure, leading the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and risk management.

Ashley began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she scaled two global brands into $1B enterprises. She then spent nearly a decade at Iron Mountain, where she spearheaded a comprehensive finance transformation, served as Chief of Staff to the CFO, and most recently served as operating CFO for Iron Mountain’s fastest-growing segments — Data Centers and Asset Lifecycle Management — driving both toward the $1B revenue milestone. Over her 20-year career, Ashley has developed deep expertise at the intersection of capital-intensive infrastructure and high-growth business operations, having led four separate business units to the $1B revenue mark. A graduate of Miami University of Ohio with a degree in Economics, Ashley is based in Marblehead, MA.
